In 2022-23 Training Sideways got an opportunity topartner with Capacity Building Commission on training themes like leadership, networking,innovation for the following cohorts:

CASE STUDY #2 – CIPLA

Training Sideways has worked with CIPLA on severaloccasions for the following themes:

  • Interactive Plays on the theme of “diversity, equityand inclusion”, across its factories across India
  • An interactive theatre-based fire side chat on ‘intergenerationaldiversity’ with top leadership at CIPLA
  • An online engagement activity on the theme of “Dussehra” and “ good over evil” which had live quizzing on India, music, games and connectedover 5000 people across India online.
