CASE STUDY #1 – CIPLA
Training Sideways has worked with CIPLA on several occasions for the following themes:
Interactive plays on the theme of diversity, equity and inclusion, across its factories across India
An interactive theatre-based fireside chat on intergenerational diversity with top leadership at CIPLA
An online engagement activity on the theme of Dussehra and good over evil which had live quizzing on India, music, games and connected over 5000 people across India online.
