Training Sideways has worked with CIPLA on several occasions across the following themes:
Interactive plays on the theme of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, across its factories throughout India
An interactive theatre-based fireside chat on intergenerational diversity with top leadership at CIPLA
An online engagement activity on the theme of Dussehra and good over evil, which featured live quizzing on India, music, and games — connecting over 5,000 people across India online
