A theatre entrepreneur, Sunil believes in integrating creativity with business, performance with strategy, and the arts with management. After earning a degree in Marketing Communications from MICA and co-founding evam—India’s leading arts management company since 2003—he went on to co-found Training Sideways in 2011.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Sunil wears multiple hats as an actor, director, voice-over artiste, and CEO—avatars he seamlessly brings into training design and delivery on themes such as leadership and culture building. He is a certified diversity professional from Dela, USA, and has conducted over 500 workshops for more than 150 corporates, including Walmart, Genpact, HSBC, Vodafone, Uber, Viacom18, and Reckitt Benckiser, among others.
He was recognized as a Young Performing Arts Entrepreneur in India and was awarded the International Fellowship in Arts Management from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts—experiences that further strengthen his role as an arts-based master trainer.
Chetan Rao is a certified NLP practitioner with over 11 years of experience in HR consulting and the Learning and Development space. He is also a passionate actor, pursuing a fulfilling career on stage and in television.
His expertise as an actor, combined with his qualifications in Human Resource Development, enriches the format of experiential learning he delivers. His core training areas include induction programs, mental wellness initiatives, team bonding, mid- to large-scale team engagements, and culture-building programs for corporates.

With effervescent energy and a cheerful demeanor, Mousita Goswami strongly believes in being a “lifelong learner.” A statistics graduate with an MBA in International Sales and Marketing, she brings over 15 years of rich experience in Sales, Business Development, and Brand Management.
She joined Sideways six years ago, bringing a strong focus on business development and client consulting. Even today, she also dons the hat of designing and curating customized programs for her clients, while facilitating learning interventions for various employee cohorts. Having collaborated with over 50 clients across industries—BFSI, Media, Manufacturing, IT, Robotics, and even the Government sector—she brings a deep understanding of learning styles, methodologies, and formats that offer the right solutions for diverse learners. She has facilitated programs on Campus to Corporate transitions, Team Bonding (small and large formats), Managerial Effectiveness, Culture Building, and more.
Her passion for the performing arts—be it dancing, singing, or hosting cultural events—brings an added vibrancy to her work at Sideways.
Dr. Niveditha holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Social Cognition) from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has served as a Professor of Psychology at Hofstra University. Her research on creativity and brainstorming at UTA and Hofstra University was funded with grants totaling USD 2 million from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). She brings extensive experience in research, teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring across both American academia and corporate India.
She is highly proficient in designing and facilitating workshops and training executives in leadership skills, change management, peak performance, communication, design thinking, and more. She has facilitated workshops for over 10,000 employees across six industries and multiple countries. Her sessions are designed to support, engage, and empower participants to lead large-scale change initiatives and perform successfully under pressure.
Mrithula Chetlur is a performing artist and an alumna of Chapman University, California, with an MBA in Entertainment. She brings her decade-long body of work in Musical Theatre, Hospital Clowning, and Forum Theatre to her approach to theatre-based training.

After working for two decades in the corporate sector, Reena made a radical decision five years ago to embark on a new journey in the visual and performing arts. She holds a B.E. in Instrumentation and is also an arts-based therapist, certified in Theatre of the Oppressed, Psychodrama (Level I), NLP, and storytelling. She is also a member of a Playback Theatre group.
After spending significant time in the corporate world, she recognized the growing need for mindful living amidst rising stress and hectic lifestyles. Since then, she has delivered Wellness and Stress Management workshops for corporates and schools.
Her core training areas include theatre- and game-based methodologies, wellness and mental health, people manager workshops, and sales training, among others. Reena has conducted over 100 workshops for clients including LeasePlan, Avery Dennison, Akamai, Genpact, Fidelity, FIND India, and Akshar Foundation, among others.
From managing award-winning ad campaigns to chart-topping music on MTV; from working with talented movie stars and musicians to collaborating with boardroom honchos; from running a couple of startups to managing one over-enthusiastic 14-year-old—Rahul Sethi has navigated four very interesting decades on the planet.
He brings objective business relevance (“dhande ki baat”) to theoretical HR constructs, translating “gyaan” into actionable takeaways. Bitten by the bug of art-based experiential training, Rahul moved to Sideways in 2014 and has since been designing and delivering training programs using simulation- and game-based methodologies.
