Sunil Vishnu K

A theatre entrepreneur, Sunil believes in the power of marrying creativity into business, performance into strategy, and arts into management. After a marketing communications degree from MICA, and Evam – India’s leading arts management company since 2003, in 2011 he co-founded “Training Sideways”.

With over 20+ years of work experience, Sunil dabbles as an actor, director, voice-over artiste, and CEO – avatars which he brings to training design and delivery on themes like leadership and culture building. He is a certified diversity professional from Dela, USA, and has conducted 500+ workshops for over 150+ corporates including Walmart, Genpact, HSBC, Vodafone, Uber, Viacom18, and Reckitt Benckiser among others. He was chosen “young performing arts entrepreneur in India”. He was awarded the “international fellowship in Arts Management” from the John F Kennedy Centre for Performing Arts, experiences which add to his avatar as an arts-based master trainer.

Chetan Rao

Chetan Rao is a certified NLP practitioner and has over 11 years of experience in HR consulting and the Learning and Development space. He is also a passionate actor pursuing a fulfilling career acting on stage and in television shows. His expertise as an actor and his qualifications in the Human Resource Development domain is what he brings to the format of experiential learning. His core areas of training include theatre and game-based methodologies, people manager workshops, and sales training among other areas.

As part of Sideways, since 2013, Chetan has conducted 100+ workshops for over 50 corporates including Bajaj Finance, Aditya Birla Group, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Ajanta Pharma, Dr. Reddys, SAP Labs, HUL, and Mahindra among others




Mousita Goswami

With effervescent energy and a cheerful demeanor, Mousita Goswami strongly believes in being a "lifelong learner". A statistics graduate with an MBA in International Sales and Marketing, she brings with her a rich experience of 15 years in the areas of Sales, Business, and Brand Management.

She moved Sideways 6 years back bringing focus at Sideways on business development and client consulting. Still, today she also dons the hat off designing and curating customized programs for her clients and also facilitating learning interventions for various employee cohorts. Having collaborated with 50+ clients across industries - BFSI, Media, Manufacturing, IT, Robotics, and even the Government Sector, she brings with her a deep understanding of learning styles, methodologies, and learning formats that offer the right solution for learners. She has facilitated programs on - Campus to corporate, Team Bonding (small and large formats), Managerial Effectiveness, Culture Building programs and more.

Her passion for performing arts - be it through dancing or singing or hosting cultural events brings out the best at Sideways.

Dr. Niveditha Parthasarathy

Dr. Niveditha has a doctorate in Psychology (Social Cognition) from the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked as a professor of Psychology at Hofstra University. Her research on creativity and brainstorming at UTA and Hofstra University was funded for 2 million USD by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). She has research, teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring experience both in American academia and corporate India.

She is proficient in designing and facilitating workshops, and training executives in leadership skills, change management, peak performance, communication, design thinking, etc. She has facilitated workshops for over 10,000 employees across six industries and in several countries. Her workshops support, engage, and empower participants to implement massive change efforts and be successful under pressure.




Mrithula Chetlur

Mrithula Chetlur is a performing artist and Chapman University of California alumna with an MBA in entertainment.

She brings her decade-long body of work in Musical Theatre, Hospital Clowning, and Forum Theatre in her approach towards Theatre-based training.

Having conducted more than 50 learning interventions at Sideways, her core areas of training include - induction programs, programs on mental wellness, team bonding, mid to large-scale team engagements, and culture building for corporates. Her enthusiasm coupled with her acting prowess and the ability to connect with her diverse audiences gives her the edge at Sideways!





Reena Sarin

After working for two decades in the Corporate Sector, Reena took a radical decision some five years ago and embarked on a new journey of Visual and Performing arts. She is B.E Instrumentation and is now also an Arts-based Therapist, Certified in Theatre of the Oppressed, Certified in Psychodrama Level I, NLP Practitioner, certified Storyteller, and a part of the “Playback Theatre” group.

After investing a long time in the corporate world, she realized the growing need for more mindful living amidst rising stress and hectic lifestyles and has delivered Wellness and Stress Management workshops for corporates and schools.

Her core areas of training include theatre and game-based methodologies, Wellness & Mental Health, People manager workshops, and Sales training among other areas. Reena has conducted 100+ workshops for clients including Lease Plan, Avery Dennison, Akamai, Genpact, Fidelity, FIND India, and Akshar Foundation among others

Rahul Sethi

From managing award-winning ad campaigns to managing chart-busting music on MTV, managing talented Movie Stars and Musicians to managing boardroom honchos, managing a couple of startups, and managing one over-enthusiastic 14-year old - Rahul Sethi has managed 4 four very interesting decades on the planet.

He brings objective business relevance (dhande ki baat) to theoretical HR constructs translating 'gyaan' into actionable take-aways. Bitten by the bug of art-based experiential training, Rahul moved to Sideways in 2014 and has been designing & delivering training programs using simulation and game-based methodologies.

Rahul has conducted 50+ workshops for clients including Bajaj Finance, Britannia, Cairn-Vedanta, CISCO, Genpact, HSBC, Star TV, and Viacom 18 among others.
